This cafe is in the middle of the Cams Hall estate. For some reason our map apps disagreed about how to actually reach it and we didn't see any signage until we were actually at the place so not super helpful. It is in a historic building but the main seating is in a semi-permanent marquee. It is decorated nicely like a wedding but if you came for the historic atmosphere then that is lost. They used to have a vegan menu online but have deleted it. It can still be found on their socials and can be emailed so I don't know why they have removed it from their website. No vegan options appear on the main menu which is useless. At the venue staff seat you but you order at the bar. They didn't come back when more of our group arrived so didn't offer things like a high chair or kids menu even though they provide them. They gave us the vegan menu but when we ordered, they were so unfamiliar with the wording on the menu that they got confused about what we wanted and overcharged us for the wrong items. We were never refunded. We pointed out their mistake and they even sent someone to the table to clarify what it was we ordered but still brought out the wrong meal. I have no idea if it was even all suitable for vegans. Despite multiple cakes offered on the menu, I could only see 2 brownies on display and since they were prepackaged and already having a poor experience we decided not to bother.

Great venue and options for veggie/vegans - Edit
Lovely venue with seating outdoor and indoor. Allergy aware, with notices throughout the restaurant. Open everyday and offers delivery, takeout and dine in. Perfect for breakfast and lunches with a stunning walk around cams estate and the estruary.
