great vibe

I loved it! It’s a nice place to go to with other vegetarian or vegan people but they have pizza with meat too. The vegan options are tasty and it was definitely worth the money.

Pros: nice vibe, friendly staff

Popular pizzeria in Galway

At the entrace of the restaurant you have to place your order, even if you're going to eat here. They have some vegetarian and one vegan pizza on the menu, but this one was truly amazing. Everything was perfect!

Pros: vegan labeling, friendly staff

Cons: only one vegan pizza

Good pizza with vegan cheese

On the menu you can see only 2 vegan pizzas but when you ask, they also have vegan mozzarella so you can actually create different pizzas. We got the Vince Vega-n but with vegan mozzarella instead of the vegan parmesan and the Marinara with vegan mozzarella. It was really good! Just a pity they don't advertise the vegan mozzarella better and you have to ask for it.
It's a bit fast food, you have to order at the counter and throw away your trash after you finished but the pizzas are worth it.

Pros: Vegan cheese

Cons: Not very clear on the menu

Dough Bros, Bro

Clearly marked vegan menu items- staff and as knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the fun vibe of this place, and love that it’s family-owned!

Pizza & garlic bread & sauce

I ordered online through their website as that's currently the preferred method. You need to create an account with them but that's fairly normal. They have vegan pizza options which are clear to select & optional toppings settings too. I also had their vegan garlic bread with vegan garlic sauce. I order pizza from them now any time I'm in Galway City. They're just a few minutes walk from Eyre Square.

Pros: A few vegan options , Vegan pizza including cheese , Vegan garlic bread & sauce

Cons: No order detail sticker on box but no mistakes

I'd give it five stars

I'd give this place five stars if I could, but I can't.

Their vegan ricotta cheese is fab. They used to have a pizza with cauliflower but that seems to have been taken off the menu. I normally just build my own and there's no issues. The wait time isn't bad as you can see the kitchen and they're always busy.

As a child of the ninties, the decor is brilliant. There's retro posters up, and they're got old style WWE figures used as decoration on a few tables.

You can send a postcard from here too. There's a postbox beside the bathroom and you can buy a stamp at the counter.

I came here late one night and was waiting a while as the queue was out the door and down the side of the building. Keep that in mind if you're about to faint from hunger. It's not the restaurant's fault and I'm delighted that they're so popular.

Amazing vegan pizza

Found this place with the help of The happy Cow and am so happy I did, on entering the premises there was a queue waiting to order at the front counter which is always a good sign, the menu is on the wall and I could see there were great vegan, I chose a Beanus Williams €11 (Vegan)
San marzano tomato sauce, vegan spiced sausage, roasted corn, kidney beans, fresh chilli, vegan lime ricotta, fresh coriander. ADD: Violife Vegan Cheese €1.50 / Mozzarella €1.50, I also got a Vegan Sriracha Dip €1.50 and a Kombucha €3.50. I took a small table opposite the counter where the pizzas are all made and cooked in a stone oven right there in sight of everyone, staff are friendly, efficient and relaxed considering the place is extremely busy.
My pizza arrived in 15/20 mins, every mouthful was absolutely delicious including the crust. If in Galway I totally recommend you give this place a visit, I know I’ll definately be back.

Pros: Great staff/service/, Great pizza, Great atmosphere

Cons: None

Delicious pizza, classic tunes

Lovely stone baked pizzas, with tasty base and toppings. The vegan ricotta is lovely, although more creamy than you might expect. Violife cheese is available but I recommend the vegan pizza ‘you ricotta be kidding’ with rocket, no cheese. They also have a nice vegan sriracha which is tahini based and very good.

Pros: Tasty pizza, Friendly staff , Nice atmosphere with great tunes

Cons: Only 1 vegan option (although could adapt others), Serves meat

The best pizza in Galway

I had the vegan tandoori and the “ricotta be kiddin me” with their own homemade vegan ricotta. The pizza was delicious and the service is very good. I hardly recommend this place for vegans.

Pros: You can make your own vegan pizza , Service is great , Vegan dips are great!

Cons: It’s a little bit busy.

Wonderful Pizza

The vegan pizza, "ricotta be kiddin me", was delicious and much more substantial than most vegan pizzas out there. The restaurant was extremely busy but the staff were pleasant and service moved quickly.

Pros: Delicious pizza, Friendly staff

Cons: A little bit busy

Delicious but expensive

The pizza is quite good but since the dough is very thin they aren’t too filling. Cool restaurant though.

Pros: Vegan options, Delicious

Cons: Plastic fork & knife & cans?!!! , Vegan cheese costs extra , Waiting time (for order) can be quite long

Tandoori pizza!

I had the tandoori pizza which was one of the two vegan options on the list. Delicious! And a new experience too. I must try to replicate it at home one of these days. The atmosphere and staff were good too.

Delicious vegan pizza

Our host recommended that we try Dough Bros while visiting Galway. I had the vegan marinara pizza. It was delicious. The pizza portion size was large. Could have daily shared it. Got a box to have the rest for later. It was good cold too! Would go here again the best time I am visiting Galway.

Pros: Tasty food and large portions, Can go with non-vegan friends, Great vibe

Cons: None

Best choice!

They offer two vegan pizzas. Super tasty, it takes around 20 min to get your pizza and it’s quite possible to get a seat. The staff is super nice and the place beautiful. Love it!

Pros: Vegan options
