Love the banh mi sandwich, but no desserts or baked goods. - Edit
I have tried the grilled tofu banh mi sandwich. It was a very generous portion, with great bread and generous fillings. The dressing was umami and peanut-ty with crisp vegetables. The only con would be the bread was too much, it wouldve been better if they hollowed it out a bit more, ensuring the perfect bread to fillings ratio. Nonetheless, it is a great sandwich to enjoy in the craftery.

Overall good vibes with yummy vegan options, which are clearly labeled. I loved the walnut chocolate chip cookie also known as “they made me vegan” and so did my non-veg friend! Would have tried the sandwiches had I not just eaten before coming but will definitely prioritize going back if I’m ever in India again!
