Surprisingly great breakfast

Inquired in advance about vegan options for breakfast and they confirmed they would be able to do that.

Living in the Netherlands and having stayed in quite a number of hotels here I didn't expect too much.

The more I was surprised when the server came, it almost looked like a high tea. Freshly baked croissant and pancakes, good breads, jam, vegan butter, some vegetables, and even excellent cheese. Juice and coffee with plant-based milk, of course.
