Reliable option

Tasty food and a range of options for different appetites and budgets (from small nibbles to wraps and salad bowls). Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. Added bonus: different flavours of hummus and tahini - and a vegan chocolate-nut slice is available for a sweet treat!

Pros: Tasty, Cheap, Fast

Cons: Closed on Sundays, Portion sizes can vary depending on who is serving

Family Friendly Falafel

Shay and Tal, the lovely owners of this family run café, would love to make it a vegetarian business. They've been very receptive to suggestions, such as adding vegan labelling on their menu board. We've held numerous Meetups here, and it's my kids favourite place to eat out. Previous reviews have covered how good the food is, and I'd give 5 stars too, if possible. Really nice

I would have given 5 stars, except Happy Cow don't allow that for restaurants that serve meat.

It's a good little place. I came in the mid-afternoon when it was really quiet, and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain the whole menu to me. And you're basically going to have a wrap or a pita with hummus (spicy or non) and your choice of other fillings (there were other options, but wraps/pitas certainly seemed to be their staple). I went for a wrap with hummus, falafel, tahini and salad, and it was excellent. It took about two minutes to prepare and was fairly reasonably priced at £5.50.

The decor was nice, there were plenty of tables (and the option to take away), and although it offered meat fillings, there were more than enough choices to keep a vegan happy.

Worth a visit if you want a quick and tasty lunch.

Pros: Very friendly service, Food was tasty

Good service, cheap food

I have been here quite a few times with my little girl and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
The food is nice, and a very reasonable price for a filling meal.
There are several vegetarian and vegan options available (halloumi, falafel), a well-stocked salad bar and also something for the meat eaters that might accompany you.
A nice meal on the cheap :-)
