Spectacular sushi! - Edit
So delicious! We really wanted to try Terrestre Cocina Compasion but couldn't make it to the restaurant so we ordered delivery through Uber eats.
Read moreThe sushi was some of the best sushi I've ever had! The Maduroll and the Groovy Rolls were stellar. Flower power was good but definitely overshadowed by the others (pretty vegetable forward). The fried cream cheese wontons were also very tasty and had a gingery duck sauce for dipping. Lastly we got the lomeiny which had a nice flavor.
10 out of 10 would recommend. Next time we're in San Juan we will go in person and try some mocktails.

Vegan Sushi!! - Edit
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with menu recommendations. The mocktails were creative and beautifully presented. The food was fresh, flavorful and the list of vegan sushi options incredible. As with many businesses in the area, parking is limited however they are fortunate to have several of their own parking spots right by the entrance.

It was so cool that a vegan restaurant is so popular that there was usually at least 1 party waiting for a table for most of the day! They told us it would be a 30 minute wait but it was probably only 15 minutes and they offered to serve us drinks while we waited. They ran out of cream cheese wontons just before we ordered around 4 pm but the server recommended the kimchi nachos instead and they were the best nachos we have ever had! I didn’t really care for kimchi but still loved these nachos! We had the Rainbow roll, Banzo roll, Flower Power, and Orbita de ostra sushi rolls which were all delicious! I absolutely loved the Spirulina Colada as it’s their sweetest mocktail and tastes like a piña colada. We had the mango cheezecake and orange ginger frosted chocolate cake which were both delicious. The cheezecake is still cold inside but it still tastes amazing regardless! The couple that sat next to us loved the restaurant so much they came back the next day! Plus the staff are so kind and friendly here!

A Vegan Jewel in Puerto Rico - Edit
This vegan oriental fusion restaurant has become the jewel of the crown for me in PR. My favorites in the menu have become the 10 vegan sushi offerings which you can never find anywhere else in the culinary universe. The service is casual and friendly where the owner and chef make you feel as part of the family. Yet the ambiance is elegantly set for your comfort. I look eagerly to my weekly visit to try out new offerings in the menu.

Lovely little vegan cafe with Asian inspired dishes. I had the dumplings and vegan crab which were both good. The ginger mocktail was fantastic. The mango cheesecake was still a bit frozen so not great. The service friendly and lovely.

I can’t say it more plainly eat here you will be happy. We ordered the shroom roll, for the appetizer. Amazing fresh taste then the creamy vegan cream cheese kicks in 😻. I got the Lomeiny and my partner got the sweet and spicy tofu. Amazing taste and filling portions.
Read moreWe would have ordered more but it was too close to closing and I didn’t want to push their hospitality. But they had miso soup, many more sushi rolls I wanted to test, and a selection of mock-tails I need to taste.
Note: they asked spice level on the tofu on a 1-3 scale my partner who likes spicy(but not too spicy) said 2 and it came out mild so next time we would order a 3.

Best Vegan Restaurant in all of PR - Edit
Not only was the food exquisite, their ingredients are mostly organic and/ or local. The service was great despite there being only one server for 7 tables at one point. I didn’t mind the wait for the food because I wasn’t in a hurry, and the quality of the food made up for the wait. Also, the bathroom was clean and stocked. I used to take that for granted, but ever since moving to PR, I’ve noticed a lot of restaurants here don’t have high standards for their bathrooms which puts me off. A clean bathroom gives the impression of a clean kitchen. Lastly, I NEED to compliment the chef. I really want to know who made this menu. Well done! I never write reviews, but they deserve another 5 stars. Thank you to Terrestre 💗
