The starters summer roll and sweet sour soup were super yummy! For the main meal we had the "Gebackenes Huhn nach Art des Hauses" (baked chicken) which we liked a lot. The second main meal was the "knusprige Ente mit Sojasprossen" (crispy duck with bean sprouts) it was OK, but not as tasty as the sauce of the chicken.

We ordered the vegan duck (once with fried noodles, once with fried rice) and the „8 treasures“ as well as mixed sushi and a big spring roll as starters. Everything tasted very delicious and it was absolutely worth the long drive from the centre. But there‘s a bus station right in front of the restaurant entry and the metro isn‘t too far away either.

The portions are HUGE here! We could have shared one plate and been full. The food tastes really good (although a bit in the salty side) and there's plenty to choose from. Very friendly service too. Worth the trip there!

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Alles ist vegan und bisher hat mir (und meinen Begleitungen) immer alles geschmeckt. Ich hatte schon die knusprige "Ente", "Hühnchen" in Teriyaki Sauce und das "Huhn" nach Art des Hauses (Sie haben es netterweise nach Nachfrage sogar nicht so scharf gemacht).

At the beginning I liked the food at Tau very much, it was freshly prepared, super tasty and the service also very courteous, but with the last visit I was taught a newer.
Read moreWe waited 15 minutes until we were served at all on demand, in between came several guests they were previously served. Far away, the food was totally greasy and not really tasty. Very sad, were used to what better!

The food was AMAZING!!! And the staff were so friendly too, the guy who served us was fantastic, explained everything and was so patient with us as our German isn’t great (spoke fantastic English!)

For main, my other half had the vegan duck Szechuan style and I had the chicken satay skewers. Everything was amazing, the portions were massive and we left so full and happy.
They brought us a little dessert over as well which was amazing, loved everything about it and was gutted we flew back the next morning as would’ve went again and again!! Can’t wait to visit Vienna again to visit Tau!!

We had vegan sushi, chicken teriyaki and shrimps. The sushi was delicious! The vegan salmon was super authentic. The main dishes were huge and we probably could have shared one. The chicken was also amazing and super meaty. The shrips were delicious as well, but did not taste like shrimps. I also did not expect them to be deep fried. Service was friendly, but a little rushed (mains arrived when I just started eating the entree and we also got a free dessert, but we were still eating the main dishes). Would come back, but order less food.

I can't find words, it was so great there. Very nice staff, delicious food and it felt so good to just be able to order everything in an Asian restaurant, because it's fully vegan. Would recommend 100%.
