100% Vegan - Edit
Tucked away from the busy Seminyak tourist strip with its lush, tranquil gardens and outside seating, Tasty Vegan is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good selection of 100% vegan food and drinks. The price is great, the service is friendly, the food is cooked fresh on order and the serving is generous.

After almost getting lost in busy & hectic Seminyak Bali, I walked into this secluded quiet paradise and was welcomed with refreshing coconut water and an amazing choice of vegan meals. Thankyou🙏

Soup! - Edit
Ordered food through GoJek (GoFood). The Mi Goreng and Sate sticks were average and a bit bland, but the crackers and soup were tasty. It was a mixed experience, perhaps just an off day for the kitchen.

Yummy - Edit
Sate sticks were delicious. The Bali fried rice that I got had lots of different elements and all were good except for one style of the tempeh which was bland. The kids had a basic pizza and we asked for no big chunks of tomatoes and no fresh basil and they accommodated which was really nice. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Vegan Breakfast in lovely peaceful surroundings! - Edit
I had the scrambled tofu and daughter had chickpea flour omelette. Also coffees with oat milk and we were given complimentary pumpkin soup taster as they were doing a special - nice gesture. Food really tasty and generous portion. Lovely staff. Would recommend! Location just off main road you’ll see signpost and as per Apple Maps.

Relaxed Lunch - Edit
I went with my non- vegan partner for lunch. He found this place (set back from the road) via Google. Lovely setting, great variety, really nice food. We had the pastels, vegan steak, and omelette. He was surprised at how tasty the steak was, and the other items were equally delicious. We were also given a complimentary pumpkin soup. Thanks so much and we'll be back X

Tasty! - Edit
We've been coming back to this little leafy green warung each time we visit Bali and Seminyak over the last few years. Back today and the food didn't disappoint. The satay is a favourite, I love that char flavour, and the sauce is a nice different take on the often really peanutty satay. My only critique is I would have liked some spicy sambal with the campur. The complementary pumpkin soup was delish. Will definitely get in a few more meals before flying home.

Wir haben hier sehr leckeres Scrumble Tofu und Curry gegessen. Tolle Location im Garten und freundliches Personal. Preise sind auch in Ordnung und es gab eine Kürbis-Suppe aufs Haus.

Food was yum but felt sick afterwards - Edit
We enjoyed the food and thought it was flavourful and well priced. The setting is nice outside with lots of greenery and a pond. My partner felt really sick afterwards and had stomach issues but I was fine. If you have an easily upset stomach maybe give this one a miss

This app won’t let me give it one star - Edit
This food was completely void of flavor or taste. Not even salt or pepper was used. And they didn’t even have proper chili sauce (sambal) to help make up for it. Just because I’m vegan doesn’t mean I don’t have taste buds. The affogato here was very good though.

Quiet & calm - Edit
We feel a little spoilt in Bali going from one completely vegan place to another and not having to think or second guess what we’re eating.
Read moreTasty Vegan was lovely - green and lush and quiet and calming interiors. Their complimentary pumpkin soup was fresh and beautiful as were the other dishes we tried (curried hotdog and Mei goreng). Even the simple cookie they served with coffee was so delicious!

Had breakfast here 3 mornings in a row, love this place! The vibe here is very chill, calming and accommodating. The ladies who run the place are the sweetest souls on earth. The food is amazing! I read the previous review talking about bland food, completely disagree and I tasted half their menu. This place is rare in the sense that they do not over salt their dishes and allow their guests to enjoy the beautiful flavors of Bali’s natural products. I see that as a good thing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #Veganuary

Really disappointed - Edit
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who had really enjoyed it last summer. Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. It tasted very bland and the veg looked they had come straight out of a frozen bag.

Really delicious food but… - Edit
Food was delicious and on that basis alone I’d recommend. However, there is a small pond with large fish and a turtle in. Does not seem like a lot of room for the size of the animals and I don’t think a vegan restaurant should have fish at all.

Super vegan! - Edit
I've stopped by Tasty Vegan two or three times so far this week and I'll certainly be back!
Read moreThe little restaurant is in what feels like a jungle oasis, you step behind the wall and follow the path under the trees and through the shrubs to the tables, where you are cosily surrounded by greenery.
The staff are lovely, and if you make it to the back of the place you'll see a TV screen showing a fully vegan TV channel, informing you of all the breaking vegan news from across the world, whether that's animal liberation or policy changes to promote plant-based eating.
I sat one day and worked away in the peace and tranquility of the forrest and the wifi was strong and they have several power points around the place, hidden under the vines.
The noodle soup was bountifully filled with vegetables and topped with a little bolognaise and two bolognaise filled dumplings which were sumptuous! I'd easily have this every day! The staff were also kindly offering complimentary pumpkin soup to all the diners.
I went back a few days later, having dreamt of their black charcoal waffles. To be honest, charcoal is a bit of a gimmick in Seminyak. Everything seems to have it in. It's all a bit of hype. I think I would have prefered plain, non-charcoal, waffles, but that's on me. The fruit was delicious, and honestly there wasn't anything wrong with the waffles, they just had a bit of a sandy after taste from the charcoal. Again, my bad. Next time I'll opt for the pancake.
I can also vouch for their cookies which I've had several times and they also have beautiful tea pots for your morning brew too!
Highly recommend this place as a little vegan oasis!
Pros: Fully vegan, Vegan TV channel, Delicious food and friendly staff
