Cheap veggie street food

Stumbled across this place and was very happy to find an affordable veg option in Hong Kong. Got the hot and sour noodles and they were really interesting and good if you like spicy food! The sour taste reminds me of salt and vinegar chips. Also got the vegetarian pocket bun and it was very tasty and fresh. Make sure you confirm with the man if you are vegan and don't want egg. The hot and sour noodles were vegan as far as I could tell.

Pros: Affordable, Authentic
