Tasty and fresh veggie tacos

I decided to try the vegan tacos at Taqueria Vicente and was absolutely convinced! They have two
different veggie fillings (garden veggie with eggplant and pumpkin or ancestral veggie with typical Colombian veggies and pumpkin seeds). The tacos were served with three different sauces, the veggies were fresh and the flavors harmonized perfectly.
The chef was super friendly as well. I will be coming back!
