Uninspiring

Found myself in downtown Vancouver after 6 pm, stopped at the Tap Union Freehouse. They had two vegan options on the menu. I chose the Vegan Moroccan Garden sandwich. Found it to be very bland with only the occasional punch of the pickled red onions. Kept waiting for the next bite to be better but never really happened.
I am thankful for the vegan option, but really don’t think this establishment deserves to be listed in Happy Cow.
