What a gem! - Edit
Found this place after climbing, and I have to say the vegan beef noodles were amazing!! Also the beef rice soup! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. Apparently the owner can also speak Spanish since he lived in Argentina for 15 years!

YOU’LL LOVE IT! - Edit
These people are classical. While the granny is serving outside the uncle is sitting in the back sorting out the Chinese medicine wild herbs used to make the soup base. So its not only tasty but natural and healthy as well. Their veg beef noodle soup (素牛肉麵/sù niúròumiàn) is a bit like the Chinese version of Vietnamese Pho with lots of fresh herbs like coriander and bean sprouts. We came on a cold day and it was perfect but this addictive dish is most likely great for all weather conditions!
