Decent vegetarian restaurant - Edit
This is a relatively good vegetarian restaurant in Hualien. There are a variety of reasonably priced Western and Asian dishes available. When I dined here, much of the dishes weren't available, but I was able to choose a spaghetti dish with mushrooms along with a large glass of black tea that tasted fine. The menu is in Chinese only. Check with staff about which dishes are, or can be made vegan beforehand.
