I want to come back! - Edit
I came here for a quick snack during my visit to Portland so I only tried one roll -- the Don't be Shellfish (avocado, cucumber, oyster mushroom, spicy mayo). I devoured it! Super tasty. The person running the cart prepared it with care and was very nice, and I can't wait to come back here for a full meal with a friend sometime to sample the rest of the menu.

Sushi, in America, has a loose definition - Edit
If you, like me, prefered more raw fish forward sushi like nigiri or a straight up tuna roll, this food won't fill the void. It's more along the lines of rolls filled with "all the things" and/or smothered in spicy mayo. Even the inari has spicy mayo on it for some reason? But as long as that's what you're into, or you have realistic expectations going in, it's good food.
Read moreI got the Avalon and the Mother of dragons. Neither was marked with a spicyness indicator, but if you identify with those memes about white people thinking Colgate or sparkling water is spicy, be warned. There is some heat in there.
I also had the miso. It wasn't bad, but also wasn't anything to write home about(I make my homemade miso REAL STRONG, and I've never tried any other restaurant vegan miso). I also had the inari, but I'll have to try it again sometime when I can remember to ask for no spicy mayo before I can give it a fair review. I don't understand what the big deal is about spicy mayo. It's just mayo... that's spicy.
Pros: All Vegan, Friendly staff, No tree nuts on the menu
Cons: Everything but the miso is somewhat spicy, Often too busy or out of certain ingredients

Great price and great quality sushi! I love the jackfruit crab in anything they make. The location is a little out there if you're staying anywhere downtown but its worth the extra drive

Focus on appearance - Edit
I had my husband swing by and pick up three different types of rolls so I don' t know the names because he selected them. I was a bit let down because I felt the focus was on them looking beautiful and like real sushi instead of having good flavor combinations. I am a lifelong vegetarian and maybe these taste like real sushi which could explain why I wasn't into the flavors.

sushilove lovesushi - Edit
we were there today for lunch, super cute little location with friendly folks. we had the alchemist, the don’t be shellfish, the tiki torch, and the starry inari. the starry inari was su-perb, and all the rolls were really great. make note: the spicy mayo is spi-cy for real, so maybe ask for it on the side if that’s not your jam. that’s the only thing keeping this from a five-star review.

Great place! - Edit
This little green cart offers some pretty bomb plant based sushi that leaves you wanting more. The service is reliable and the price is affordable. Sometimes this place is closed due to the weather conditions.

Delicious Vegan Sushi - Edit
Try the Bok Bok rolls! Those are my favorite from here. The rolls are always tasty and delicious, although if you go later in the day, they're usually out of a few types of rolls. Outdoor seating since it's a part of Piknik Park

Unique and delicious - Edit
I discovered this place by accident, and it has been a love affair ever since. Kelly, the owner and chef, is very creative with his rolls - you have never had anything like these rolls! Never again do you have to suffer with boring avocado/cucumber rolls...no, Kelly gets creative and every roll I have had (which is nearly all of them) has been a winner. I plan on frequenting this place often.

Great vegan sushi! - Edit
My partner ordered the Tiki Torch roll which was beautiful! Pineapple was a unique addition. I had the Bok Bok which was delicious but a little spicy so bring some water or order a drink! The presentation was beautiful and service was quick.

Best sushi ever! - Edit
I was so impressed with the deliciousness and the creativity of the chef. I just wish I had a SushiLove in my town. The chef/owner was very kind and responsive. I'm sorry that someone had a bad experience in an earlier review but I'm quite sure it was a misunderstanding. Amazing food and better than any fish sushi I've ever tasted! Wow!!
