Delicious Maui destination - Edit
I was skeptical about stopping at a food truck, but given that it was the only truly vegan thing in the area open today, we gave it a shot and we found it to be delicious. Definitely a winner! We got three baos and a rice bowl, but ended up going back and getting another three baos, two of them mushroom baos which was our favorite.

Delicious vegan food truck with GF options - Edit
Food was really flavorful with several topping choices from mushrooms to cauliflower, eggplant, soy curls and tofu. Bowls and bao buns are available with your choice of two toppings. Service was very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to try their rice bowl, but I came too close to closing and they were out of rice. I had three bao buns instead and was very happy with my choice. Definitely get the cauliflower.

I got 3 bao (shoyu curls, cauliflower and tofu). It was hot and the flavors were fantastic. Seriously one of the best meals I’ve had.

We got 3 bowls and 3 boa buns. For the bowl, you can pick two of the items, and one item for the bao. We had different combinations of the cauliflower, the tofu and the soy curls, each of them was so flavorful. The ginger cauliflower especially was tangy, and I was left wondering how they made it so crispy even covered in sauce and the 15 minute drive back to our hotel.

We had three buns and some fries. Very delicious! Love to come back and try more. The seating area eat quite windy when we were there, but nicely situated between trees.

This was my favorite vegan food I’ve had in Maui. Our favorites were the smokey mushroom and shoyu chkn. The eggplant was good too and the bao buns were fluffy.

We tried all five different kinds of boa buns, along with a rice bowl, a brownie, and a pumpkin cinnamon roll. Everything was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended. Definitely worth going out of your way for.
