We came here to try the vegan paella and were greeted by an extraordinarily friendly and helpful member of staff, who explained the paellas would be ready in about thirty minutes (12.30/13.00), so we could come back later or wait.
Read moreWe choose instead to order a first round of food then order paella after. We were very pleased with this “problem”, since the vegan salad and vegan cheeseboard we had first were lovely, maybe even better than the paella which was filled with several kinds of tasty vegetable.
Yes, it’s fairly expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily come a second time.

Mala presentación y comida con poco sabor. Lo único que noté rico fue la lechuga que se notaba que era de campo y no de las de supermercado.

El pan de la hamburguesa estaba congelado.
Pedí al terminar una horchata y estuve esperando más de 30 minutos sin que llegara y ningún camarero vino a atender, incluso buscando contacto visual con ellos y levantando la mano para llamarles. Al final nos fuimos con la horchata pagada y sin que la trajeran.
Bastante decepcionante todo.

Nice variety of vegan milks for coffee drinks, but burger was awful and expensive. Garnished with a center pale yellow stalk of lettuce, the center stem portion of an overly ripe tomato (I tasted mold), and some kind of hard yellow stick I almost broke a tooth on. Very disappointing lunch for the money. Most expensive meal I've had in my two weeks in Spain.

The market is beautiful and the restaurant has some good vegan options including Paella. We had a vegan cheese board that had some great cheeses. Easy to order from your phone at the table for table service.

A few decent vegan options, including the paella. One of the more available places for paella that we found in València, a lot of others have awkward opening times. Service was really friendly and it's a lovely location in the market to sit and watch the world go by. A little pricey as a few others have said.

Very limited vegan options, we’d the salad, the cheese platter and the burger which is basically all of them. My cheese platter looked nothing like the one in people’s photos, only had 3 heels of bread and one dip. It was nice - but I was starving an hour later. Very expensive for what it is, there’s definitely plenty of better vegan options in Valencia.

Individual portions of paella - Edit
We went there for the vegan paella. It was alright but definitely not the best I've ever had... Maybe it doesn't feel the same when it's not served in the typical paella dish though. We were only 2 but even if you're a bigger group, they bring it to you on an individual plate so you're missing that "sharing" experience in my opinion.

Good Vegan Options - Edit
We had Orxata, Gazpacho and Paella. All were tasty but not outstanding. Bonus points for using organic local food. The restaurant is on the touristy side, which may be no surprise given it's location and makes it a bit more expensive. Staff speaks English and is welcoming.

While they normally have paella, it was not available while we visited. Instead my friend and I both had sandwiches (I had the vegana - one of the few vegan options left on the menu without the paella). It was good!
