Su Man Xiang Vegetarian Buffet (福田金中环店), conveniently located right outside Shenzhen's Convention & Exhibition Center Metro Exit E, offers a variety of vegan dishes. For just 32 RMB per person for takeaway, you can enjoy a diverse selection of flavorful options, including soups, veggies, noodles, snacks and desserts. I especially enjoyed the Vegetarian Shark Fin Soup, a delightful blend of spices and perfectly cooked mushrooms. The stir-fried mushrooms and spicy tofu are also highly recommended. With friendly English-speaking staff and a wide variety of dishes to choose from, Su Man Xiang provides a satisfying and affordable vegetarian dining experience.
