Nerfed menu - Edit
Vegan options are not labelled. Had to ask. They told me they only had a salad. After additional questioning, they disclosed and additional veg option: a sandwich. Nothing else. I'm not sure if their vegan menu is getting nerfed or if they like to be cryptic about what I can eat.

but I forgive them because the sandwich was one of the best things I tasted in a long time. I often get the impression non-vegan chefs are neglectful about their veg options because they know we'll accept anything given we lack options everywhere... but whoever is in charge of Mu have standards. The focaccia was fluffy even if it didn't look super bubbly.... it had umami... it had the subtle sweetness of the caramelised onion... it had creaminess.... it's what a sandwich needs to be. Correct sandwichness. Just gotta be careful because the salt was at its limit.
I had a bite of the salad. Lovely.... but not sure if worth the price.
The italian soda was sweet sweet which pleases my sweet tooth but maybe ask for a juice if you want a natural taste instead of the soda's syrupy artificiality
The place is noisy but nicely decorated. It's situated at the beautiful Alameda Futuro gallery... and you can even find other vegan options around so if you want a dessert, you are covered.
