Best bakery for being vegan

They offer a vegan focaccia burger and "tofu snack" which is bread with vegetables and tomatoes.
And they have vegan sweets such as pastries for example.
You can have vegan milk for your coffee.

Ok if you’re in a hurry.

There are basically only two sandwich options. (You can see it in the pictures). These are tasty but more options would be nice.

Pros: Tasty, Cheap

Cons: Not many vegan options

Not very vegan-friendly

Huge choice of pastries, sandwiches and salads but sadly almost everything is not vegan! Ströck is a really bad source for vegan stuff!
Do yourself a favour and go to Anker, located upstairs where the buses depart.

Pros: huge choice

Cons: ovo-lacto or omni stuff prices

Perfect for a quick take-away

There are 3 Ströck bakeries at Meidling (2 are underground, including the one registered on Happy Cow), but (only) this one is confirmed to have veggie options. I personally went to other Ströck bakeries in Vienna and they didn't have any. This one is perfectly located for travellers who are in a rush and have a long train journey awaiting for them (it takes under a minute to reach any platform). Check out the labels for the veggie options and make sure which salad dressing you choose, as some are yoghurt based. Upon request, they prepare soy lattes, which taste pretty good.

Pros: Good healthy take-aways, Fair prices , Clear vegan labels

Cons: Just 2 seats, Sometimes crowded, Veggie food usually sold out in the afternoon
