Simple but very budget-friendly - Edit
A full 3 course menu for only 7.50 in 2025. That is really cheap! The place isn't updated in a long time by the looks of it, but the food is great. Enjoyed a very nice pumpkin soup with bread as a starter. A lentil and rice dish for the main. And rice with coconut carrot cake for dinner. The lentils were maybe somewhat simple but still tasty and filling. For 7.50 you cannot really go wrong and thus 5 stars!

Traditional Canarian food - the vegan way - Edit
Loved it here, completely different to other vegan places we’ve been and a real surprise. Run by a man who is clearly devoted to the vegan cause (24 years vegan apparently) - animal rights messages adorn the walls. The food was simple, hearty and very tasty - and incredibly good value. It’s a basic, honest, no frills establishment - and long may it continue.

It was a really nice experience in La Laguna. It wasn't what I expected on the outside but the food was amazing!! I had the meal of the day and also the tortilla de papas which was amazing 😍 and really good prices!

The food was delicious. Generous. Amazing !!! It really reminded me of the Spanish food I used to get in Madrid when I was not vegan 15 years ago. The real traditional stuff. His seitan is the most amazing I ever had. Highly highly recommend, please support this restaurant so that it’s still open when I go back there next year and allll the following years !!!!

El sitio tiene comida a muy buen precio si coges un menú y está muy muy rico. El problema es que por un lado el local no está muy limpio, sobre todo el baño, y que la persona que nos atendió tenía una forma de tratar un poco peculiar. No sabemos si es una cuestión de la población local que desde fuera no sabemos entender pero no se sabía si estaba siendo desagradable o hablaba con bromas. En cualquier caso a mí en concreto me pareció incómodo.

They only had a set menu, two delicious courses carrot cake dessert and a small beer. Very tasty food and nutritious. Paid 9.5 euro for everything. Do not expect a premium looking restaurant. It reminded me of a South American beat down corner restaurant but I don't mind it. Adds to the experience.

This is a small place located in a mall, with a very simple and homely atmosphere. Some regular clients behaved really as if they were at home, the owner treated them like they were family. The food is simple, tasty and really cheap.

La comida esta buenísima, todo muy casero y se nota echo con cariño, como comer en casa de tus padres o abuelos. Y la relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Suena música clásica de fondo, el local es simple, pero muy acogedor y tranquilo. Y Plinio que es el dueño, cocinero y camarero a la vez es encantador. Recomiendo sin duda y volveré!

Favourite in La Laguna - Edit
I used to go to this place at least once a week for months, when I lived in Tenerife. The place is cozy, the owner (who is also the only cook) friendly, the food is DELICIOUS and so appreciated as it is traditional food from the island in ita vegan version - can’t find that anywhere else.
