Bad first (and probably last) experience

I was happy to see this restaurant available on Uber Eats, as there are very few vegan pizza options for delivery in the area.
I ordered a vegan Margherita pizza, but when it arrived it had no tomato base sauce — it was essentially just dough with vegan cheese on top. I contacted the restaurant and sent a photo to show the issue. The process to resolve it was quite difficult. They mentioned they needed to check their footage to confirm the mistake, and after about 45 minutes I was told I would need to return the pizza in person in order to receive a replacement.
Considering I had paid for delivery, this was disappointing and inconvenient.
It’s a shame, as having more vegan options is really appreciated, but based on this experience I would be cautious ordering again.
