Had a dinner here a couple of weeks ago and loved it. We got all the goodiness that we wanted: I started off with the ribs (yum!), then had the bulgogi beef cheesesteak (more yum!), and then my wife and I shared the cheesecake (most yum!). The cheese cake is to die for, by far one of the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had!

It's a cozy place with a wide range of meals. I tried the ben ben noodles and my girlfriend wanted it too but without any spicy which was not possible so she took the dragon noodle. :(

Was op zich lekker, maar de burger had teveel saus die overheerste. Het had de optionele frietjes echt nodig om de maaltijd uit te balanceren. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Sfeer is gezellig. Keuze voor tafeltjes is niet heel slim geweest. Door de coating blijft het tafeltje plakken ook als hij net is schoongemaakt.

So I can think of nothing better than having a vegan lunch outside of Soil on a beautiful Amsterdam day. I got the Seitan sandwich and Chandler got the miso salad... and a couple of glasses of wine. Crazy good vegan restaurant. Wanted to try everything on the menu, so we have to go back, but the first time we tried a steak and cheese sandwich, various bowls and desserts. The bowls were amazingly rich, fresh and tasty, but for me were lacking some chunks of protein/mushrooms. Desserts were unbelievably good and a lot.
