Great food - Edit
The food was such great quality. Among the best vegan burger I've had in a restaurant ever. The overall meal was excellent and portion sizes generous.
Read moreOnly con was on the more expensive side when compared to other restaurants in the area but that probably reflects the quality of the food, ingredients and the fact it's more up-market. It's still cheap compared to cost for a comparable meal in UK so this wasn't a big issue.
The only options for mains are really a salad or burger so not lots of choice but it is a smokehouse restaurant mainly serving meat so maybe this is to be expected.
Note it's in a hotel too but you don't have to be a guest to book and visit. Hotel reception were very friendly and restaurant staff nice too.
Pros: Quality of food , Nice friendly atmosphere

I went here a couple of times. In total, I had both vegan burgers, the greek salad, the vegan nachos, and the vegan plate. Everything tasted fantastic. The vegan plate has to be ordered a day in advance because it's usually not in storage. The food is quite expensive, especially for Bansko, but overall I think coming here is worth it.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Couple of vegan options. We got the vegan platter and one of the burgers. All seemed fresh and homemade. Cauliflower wings were an absolute winner - delicious! Good atmosphere. Thrice cooked fries were delightful.

The service and vegan options are great. They have nachos, burgers, salads etc. and all big portions. Service is very friendly and food is a reasonable price. Chilli Nachos and salsa burger were great. Food took a while to arrive.
Read moreOnly downside is they have moved from their previous location which had a real nice log cabin feel to it, to a restaurant inside a hotel which gave off hotel breakfast room vibes. Bright room with bad furniture so the atmosphere didn’t feel quite right. Not sure why they moved but I’m glad they’re still open regardless!!
They are now located within a hotel so it was hard for us to find it!!

Had the nachos with vegan chilli and vegan cheddar to start, and my girlfriend and I tried the two different burgers with thrice cooked chips.

They had excellent live music throughout on Friday when we went. I believe they have a quiz on Wednesday.
We had to book as it gets very busy during high season.

Really nice place with welcoming, friendly staff who seem genuinely interested in feedback on their vegan options. The vegan nachos were the best I’ve tasted! Some of the veggies in our group had the mushroom and bean burger and said it was delicious, I tried the vegan ribs which are well on their way to being a great dish - just a little bread-like texture wise but a yummy filling dish! Would be great to see a vegan dessert option on the menu too. Also live music playing with a fantastic solo guitarist/singer really made our last night in town.

Read moreWe came here twice. The first time we shared the veggie burger and the vegan nachos between two. Very filling burger with great chips. The nachos were amazing. Served with plenty creamy cheesy sauce and a veggie chilli. Just need to ask with no sour cream to veganise.
Also on the menu was a seitan ribs but we were advised these had to be pre ordered because they need to be put in the smoker in advance. We messaged the restaurant on fb the morning to prebook. The seitan ribs were tasty, satisfying, filling. It comes with chips, gherkins, corn and a bread roll all of which were delicious. It's so nice to have somewhere in bansko which serves up vegan grub in a lovely atmosphere as well!!

A really great find in Bulgaria where finding food vegan options can be a bit tricky, we had the vegan nachos to share and salad vegan burgers each and they exseeded our expectations, the food was delicious and some of the best vegan nachos I've tried, the staff were friendly and we left feeling really happy with the experience, so much so we went back the next day for lunch.

I got the grilled cheese with all the vegan trimmings. Came out on bread bigger than my head. Cheese was a cashew type creamy cheese, but tasted fairly decent.
