Good actual Japanese food with lots of vegan options - Edit
The menu is quite extensive and features lots of vegan options.

I tried the soba which was really tasty (and it’s great that it comes in a vegan broth by default), and lots of sides and sushis. I really enjoyed it all. Good size portions as well.

A Piece of Japan in Berlin - Edit
What a place! It is part Japanese store, part restaurant. The store is filled with Japanese products including groceries, snacks, candy and ramen. The restaurant is hidden away in a back room that you can enter after you order at the counter.
Read moreThe vegan options were clearly labeled on the menu, and there were plenty of them. I had the Yakiniku Tofu plate menu (13.50€) and a cup of Matcha Tee. Everything tasted great. I especially liked the Matcha Tee.
I loved discovering this place and would love to come back some day.

After living in Japan for years I very often crave some actual Japanese food and was so happy to find this place. Lots of vegan options that actually taste Japanese and amazing!

Amazing authentic Japanese food - Edit
This is a relaxed, authentic, friendly place that serves freshly prepared, extremely delicious food - half the weekly changing menu is usually vegan. I lived in Japan for a while and have never eaten such authentic "set menus" ever since. Staff is super nice and attentive, just offered to refill my tea pot for example. 5 stars out of 5 if it were possible (apparently only for all vegetarian/vegan places available)!
