This place is famous for a reason - Edit
I visited this great deli twice. The Las Vegan bagel sandwich was delicious. We had 2 different servers and both were pleasant and efficient.

Good enough - Edit
Not the best, but it was good enough. I got the Las Veegan bagel sandwich. It wasn’t super exciting and no protein. It was also $17… for a veggie sandwich.

Vegan cream cheese - Edit
Came on a Sunday morning around 7:45 and line was starting to form. Was wrapped all around the store by the time we left about a half hour later. Vegan donuts at the donut shop inside. Several vegan bagels plus regular and veggie vegan cream cheese. Got a toasted salt bagel with vegan cream cheese. Bagel was full of salt which I enjoyed, but I found cream cheese to be okay. Coming from NY so pretty high standard with bagels. Good option open early in a pinch.

Unsure staff… - Edit
Me and 3 non vegans friends came here bc of my recommendation off of happy cow for a quick breakfast and I get something too. We wait for a table, sat down and he asked if we are ready to order. I asked what are the most popular options. He said the vegan veggie. I asked if their bagels or bread were made with eggs or milk. He said that he’s been working here for 2 years and he thinks there is eggs and milk in all of them “but I’ll go ask” comes back and says everything in fact does have egg and milk… so we got up and started to leave bc there was options for me now. I found it hard to believe so I asked 2 other staff members and the lady at cash out, went to the back and asked the bakers and came back and told me nothing had egg or milk. I asked to see an ingredient list and she couldn’t provide me with it. I asked another worker if I could speak to a baker and he was able to help and said with confidence that nothing was made with eggs or milk. So I ended up getting the veggie vegan on a sesame seed bagel. Anyways [censored] that server for not knowing what he’s serving to ppl after 2 years of being there I think he’s name was Allen.

I’m sure others will have more luck than me. - Edit
In town for a trade show. A lunch order was made for the work crew. 9 of us. I simply ordered a plain bagel with vegan creme cheese. Arrived with no creme cheese. Tried again the next day. Basically the same order except a pretzel bagel. They sent a rye pretzel bagel and no creme cheese again. I am done trying. I’ll stick to the donuts at Pinkbox.

A few options - Edit
They told me all bagels are vegan unless it says it has cheese. There is also an egg bagel. They have two vegan cream cheeses. Plain or veggie. I got veggie cream cheese. It was ok. Probably would try the plain if I went again. They also served 3 different vegan donuts the day I was there. Didn't see too much else.

Oh my, oh my! - Edit
I looove their bagels! They have multiple vegan cream cheese options (though I don’t like cream cheese so I usually get avocado or hummus on mine). Their side cucumber salad is yummy and refreshing. And their pickles are so good! Hmm I could keep coming back and back to eat their bagels all day long😄

Tasty Bagels - Edit
We had breakfast with tasty bagels and nice waffles. The only negative point was the some blueberries which came with the waffles were moldy, this shouldn‘t happen.

Extremely sweet staff - Edit
They have options for vegan cream cheese "schmear" but they sadly didn't have any on the day we went. The cook felt bad for me, so he hooked me up with a bagel with avocado and other toppings (in substitute for the schmear).
Read moreTheir bagels are fresh, chewy, and delicious. Got an oat milk latte as well.
They have a separate little donut counter, and offer vegan options. They only had a cherry fritter the day we went, and I got it to try despite not liking fritters.
I still don't like fritters. But it's nice they had an option!
Interior is lovely and clean. The staff are so pleasant, accommodating, and helpful.
Pros: Vegan options, Friendly staff

hilarious and amazing - Edit
very reminiscent of a classic ny jewish deli but with a las vegas twist! serves a specific vegan entree (las vegan, love the name) and vegan schmears along with regular vegan foods like avocado toast and oatmeal. portions are huge, ambience is super fun and lively! the food wasn’t out of this world, but it does the job and it’s nice to have vegan options there. there was even a singer who performed during sunday brunch!

Spectacular eatery with several vegan options - Edit
Bagels and shmears are reasonably priced. Whole Wheat Everything with Vegan Veggie Cream Cheese is the best I've had. I enjoyed it with the bagel toasted. Deli menu currently has two vegan shmears, as well as roasted red pepper hummus and cherry apple sauce. Vegan menu items are marked by a leaf symbol. The main vegan items on the restaurant menu are limited to Judi Siegel's Famous Split Pea Soup, and a Las Vegan sandwich. These are good, but not enough for me to return unless as a place to go with non-veg friends or family. Nitro Cold Brew Coffee is very good, which I enjoyed plain, since the vanilla and caramel options both contain dairy. Pinkbox Doughnuts is prominently positioned at the front of the deli, but doesn't currently serve any of its vegan doughnuts at this location currently. This spacious eatery has a fun vibe, is a great option for dining in the early hours through the afternoon, and is iconic enough to add to a vegan's bucket list for Las Vegas.
