Nice beers, good atmosphere - Edit
Sadly they had no other food to offer than some of their cheezy fries when we visited on a Sunday evening (and said fries really were nothing special). But they had really good beer and it's awesome to sit in a proper pub with pub-like atmosphere and have it be all vegan! I am sure if there had been more food options, we would have left very happy. The staff are really nice and you get a lot of value for your money.

This is the spot - Edit
Every time I go to another country, I always want to make sure to try some local food, which can be incredibly challenging as a vegan. So spots like this, which take traditional foods and vegan use them, are an absolute godsend for me. You get it all: a divey underground pub atmosphere with stone and old wood, punk music in the background, a fully vegan menu, local draft beer, and some Czech dishes made vegan.
Read moreI got the topinka as an appetizer: it’s traditionally stale bread fried in lard or oil and then rubbed with garlic and some toppings added. Here they add a vegan cheese sauce and meat chunks, which had an amazing texture and a to. Of flavor. It’s the best 65 czk you’ll spend in Prague. I followed it up with the mock chicken, which comes in a gravy sauce and with doughy Czech bread dumplings. Delicious.
Highly, highly recommend this spot, and bonus points for the super polite and wonderful service!

Typical Czech pub but all vegan! Love it. - Edit
I am into junk food, pub food and Czech cuisine, so no surprise I love this place. They offer typical Czech pub dishes, plus burgers and fries. Apart from the usual menu, they sometimes have special events.

Finally a vegan czech pub - Edit
I have been missing something like this for a while. A traditional czech pub that is btw all vegan. All the popular czech snacks and meals in one place, kind of greasy and unhealthy but that is what the czech cuisine is all about. Cheap alcohol, great Unetice beer and classic items on the menu such as utopenec (pickled sausage), topinka (fried bread slice), vepřo-knedlo-zelo (baked soy chunks with dumplings and cabbage) and so on. Friendly staff, czech pub vibe, cool place with just a bit too hard music for me.

what a place! - Edit
A typical Czech pub, which looks absolutely regular until you look at the menu. They offer vegan versions of typical pub food that you order while drinking. The fries with cheese sauce are amazing. Perfect place to go and grab a beer or two or five, and not die of hunger as in all other hospodas that have nothing for the vegans to eat. And the staff was very nice.
