The buffet is unbelievably cheap (15 reais) and the food is quite tasty. There are options of salads and hot dishes, not too much variety but definitely enough for an amazing meal. Because of that, it is normally crowded but it is worth it anyway, go prepared and enjoy!

I went there to have lunch and was a bit frustrated that the food was so simple, but very Brazilian-like. Two kinds of rice and beans basically with some soy well seasoned and something like a heart of palm strogonoff and a green salad. I felt a little disappointed because I thought there would be something more elaborated, but once I've tasted it... I just couldn't get enough of it. The food was beyond delicious. I drank banana with açaí juice and loved it too. I'm Brazilian and I'd never seen that flavor before. I left the place feeling like I was about to explode! About the price: incredibly cheap!

This place is gorgeous and welcoming. Everything in there is vegan from the buffet to cakes and cosmetics that they sell. Buffet is simply but good, salad, rice, beans and some soy fake products. The good part is that if you don't like the buffet they always have some stuff to sell on display from sandwiches to cakes and pies. Price is stellar around R$10. A must go place.

I came at 6 pm just to find half the store empty. They close at seven so there were only some sandwiches left. I was having two simple and tasty sandwiches and their excellent ice cream. I did spend almost nothing, for what I've got (about 3Us$). Very friendly staff and communal atmosphere.

O novo espaço é legal e grande, só experimentei o buffet livre que ontem estava à impressionantes R$ 7,50! Porem havia muito pouca variedade de comida, mas pelo preço acho que valeu, acredito que tenham outros lanches mais elaborados mas não cheguei a conferir. Tinha um suco natural bom mas é cobrado à parte.

I don't know how Semente de Girassol is still open. They serve really poor food and it's likely they have absolutely no food by the time you arrive. People like this place because they are activists but there's no point of doing this without any commitment to the food or the people. They used to have good pizzas, not anymore, soft serve, not anymore, nice sandwiches, not anymore, nice sweets and cakes, not anymore. They've moved to a nicer and bigger place but nothing has changed at all.
