This place is incredible. Get your coffee two doors down if you want.
Read moreThe Homestyle Bowl is fabulous. The gravy is smoky and creamy, better yet, it’s topped with crushed cashews. The eggs and biscuits are on pint too. A meal.

The coffee house two doors down was offering vegan BBQ, and both spots are owned by same people.

The staff (especially Tara) is wonderful. The options are a plenty, including juices and smoothies. Sitting outside having delish vegan food here was wonderful.

Amazing Italian sandwich and beet juice - Edit
Rootz beet carrot apple lemon ginger juice is heavenly and OH MY GOD this Italian smoked tempeh sandwich on toasted sprouted grain bread is literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Green goddess side salad is delicious.

Smashing Brunch - Edit
Really incredible brunch menu - popular choices seemed to be the French Toast and the Eggz Benedict. I had the biscuits and gravy and a Ruben to go. The biscuits were really well done - not soggy and not too firm. Smoothie was perfectly made - sweet but not too sweet with the fruit flavors shining through. Can’t wait to return.

Sunday Brunch is FAB! - Edit
The breakfast burrito with tofu scramble, roasted potatoes, and avocado was delicious. However, my fav was the French toast—absolutely divine and an enormous portion! Bonus points for the compostable takeout containers. HIGHLY recommend.

Great brunch - Edit
We finally got around to trying Seedz and we're glad that we did! We got a couple of dishes off of their brunch menu to go.
Read moreWe ordered the Eggz "Benefit" and the Homestyle Breakfast Bowl. Both were delicious! We really love the tempeh bacon. The dishes are fairly similar with the exception of the sauces (mushroom gravy vs. hollandaise sauce) and the presentation. We didn't mind because we thought both were fantastic!
The cafe is cute and is in a nice area near a couple of parks. They don't have a parking lot but there is ample free street parking available on S. Rosebury Ave and De Mun Ave and other side streets.
We look forward to trying more dishes from Seedz!

Seedz the Day - Edit
I’m in St Louis visiting from Sacramento. We ended up at Seedz. The food is amazing. Staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed one of every dessert available. They were amazing. We split 2 entrees, a shareable and a pizza. Seedz did NOT disappoint. Would definitely recommend and come back!!!

The food is so good and the staff was so amazing we had to go 2 days in a row. We had the burger (wow), the Mac and cheese (awesome), the tofu burrito bowl (fantastic). Everything was so good and many items are made without added oil. We are so excited by this menu!

One of my favorite Vegan spots in STL hands down. We have picked up food here a few times, but finally had the chance to dine in for lunch. It was divine! Shared the Malibu Melt, potato wedges, and Pepperoni Pizza. Fully vegan restaurants make for a peaceful meal. 💖 #Veganuary

Great find! - Edit
I was in St. Louis for two days and was so happy to find this cafe close to my hotel. They have a cafe and a coffee shop two doors down. I went to both. There were a lot of options including salads, bowls, sandwiches, baked goods, raw treats, smoothies and more. I loved the Mediterranean salad, raw Samoa bite, and raw snickers.

A place worthy of patronage - Edit
Made a couple of stops here when I was passing through St. Louis. I paid them a second visit for the same reasons as I would expect of any vegan establishment worldwide, and that is, 1) Prompt service 2) The decor is reflective of the overall experience 3) A positive tone in the exchange of words when ordering 4) High quality food at a reasonable price. And they have all these things covered. I had pizza both times--don't remember which flavors, but both were excellent. Your nearby surroundings will be that of a pleasant neighborhood and a park to walk around in (if you choose) and parking is not too difficult.
Read moreI also liked that the door entrance was open, giving it a California vibe--though perhaps not intended, a hip effect nonetheless. But that's just personal.
