On the one hand, the ambiance is good and the cause is amazing. But the quality of the sushi seems lower than what they make at Edeka because they seem to keep it in the freezer probably to speed up the service. The waiter was unpleasant and the cash policy is sketchy. When they were not able to give me change they said that I can pay by card (they have the option, just tend not to use it). All in all, I wish there were more restaurants like this but better managed in the aspects above. It is a big responsibility since you are pioneering the normalization of vegan food. I am not sure these people are up to the task

Really good sushi at a hidden spot nearby hotspot RAW-Gelände. Also for people who don't like sushi, there is a lot to choose from. The curry and tofu sticks were delicious as well.

The price is perhaps slightly too high, but it is very centrally located.

Came here with a group of 15. Knew pretty much straight away that they were going to struggle - longer wait or dishes coming out at different times I would have understood but they were pretty disorganised and so not everyone got the dishes they had ordered, the bill didn’t add up and the service was typical Berlin, aka not customer focused.
Read moreHaving said that, the decor, atmosphere and food are really nice. So perhaps as a couple to four people this would be nice. Location is good, very close to Warschauer Straße, so easy to reach with public transport.
All in all, based on the evening I experienced, I won’t be back unless one of my friend’s insists to try again.Located on first floor above the plant based REWE.

We went as a group. Ordering was a major pain (not enough sheets of paper or pens and only a few menus for a table of 15), the service was quite slow, and then half the dishes didn't arrive, or were sent to the wrong people. The staff were pretty brusque too.

Sooo many options, it's a dream come true. I definitely love all the unique creative sushi options, but my absolute highlight was the skewer. Super delicious and very realistic in it's consistency, which I know isn't for every vegan but I really liked it. The interior is also lovely. I must go there again and try more!

Das Restaurant ist ein wenig versteckt im ersten Stock über einem veganen Supermarkt. Liegt mitten im Hotspot Friedrichshain/Warschauer Straße. Das Sushi ist nicht günstig, aber seinen Preis wert. We visited with our sons 7 and 10 yo and where seated in prime dinner hour. The atmosphere was great, staff was kind and qiuck and we had our food relatively fast. We all loved how they made a little extra out of the servings with mist and beautifull colours. Prices very fair, taste good, visual effects wonderfull, special surroundings and quick servings.

This restaurant is a must visit for Berlin. The sushi is the best I have ever had. My partner who is pescatarian even said he forgot he was eating vegan sushi it tasted so fresh and like the real thing. Highly recommend the truffle roll. Really like the simplicity of ordering via the written card. And the effects of the dry ice was just the cherry on top! Just a note to say they advised that they do accept contactless card payments for most providers aside from Amex, for any American travellers.

After a many years I finally had the opportunity to visit Secret garden and the years of waiting were worth it. As appetizer I tried the Kazuki Sticks, just good sticks which are crispy fried on the outside. The main dish was the Toriniku Bento Box and this was a very delicious dish! The different components (seaweed salad and wok vegetables in a very good sauce were favorites!) have fresh, delicious, distinct flavours and I enjoyed the combination of all of them together in this dish.

Not only does the menu offer traditional sushi for purists, they also have an eclectic mix of wonderful flavors. There are also warm dishes and desserts. I tried the apple dessert with ice cream and it was delicious.
