Very tasty, recommend one sauce between two rolls is enough. Close to attractions and vegan options marked VG, order from the kiosk (kiosk is in Korean). The soup (which I thought was tea from the dispenser originally) is vegan but the tofu/fish cake thing in the bowl is not as confirmed by staff. Name is 계절곳간 Gyejeol Gotgan on Naver maps.

The vegan food choice in suwon is not really diverse, but this restaurant is so good! They have 2 vegan gimbap (hummus & tempeh) and I think 2 or 3 other dishes. I really recommend the cauliflower & Tofu kinda thing, so delicious. It’s a really small place with only 3 tables, so you probably have to wait in front of the restaurant if you don’t get a table right away, but it’s worth it !

it’s hard to find vegan by default kimbap around, especially with a protein source inside. this place is a welcome change, offering two vegan rolls and a salad. they also sell hummus as a side.
Read moremy two rolls were pretty good, but without the sauce that i’d extra, they may have been a bit bland. they were filling and cheap though!
