Great pizza - Edit
Not vegan but it’s an amazing vegetarian pizza. We had the honey avocado and it was satisfying but doesn’t leave you falling asleep. Sauce was fresh and pizza had great texture. They serve shaved cheese as an appetiser which was a nice surprise

No vegan pizza - Edit
Asked about vegan pizza. They advised the vegetarian pizza which they could make without the cheese. Leaving out ingredients makes it plant based food, but my understanding of a vegan pizza or any vegan dish for that matter is not just leaving out ingredients, but replacing them with vegan alternatives. Any pizzeria can make a vegetable pizza without cheese. 🍕

Tasty cheese-free veggie pizza - Edit
The service was good. Some staff speak English. The restaurant itself was cool and modern looking. There is a table charge which seems to be standard in Nagano.
