School of Wok

Really excellent vegan-friendly cooking classes. They offer vegetarian-only versions of most of their classes/cuisine, which, are generally vegan by default. They will accommodate vegan requests in both the vegetarian AND the non-vegetarian classes. They even provide vegan meats in some of the classes. I've taken the Vietnamese and Thai classes, with Thai being the best experience and most delicious.
