Breakfast
Scandic operates a chain of hotels in the Nordic countries. Can provide vegan options for breakfast, dinner, and weekend brunch. Examples: at breakfast vegan yoghurt, oatmeal, soymilk, vegetables; at dinner vegan burger and fries; at brunch veg ramen and salad. Food varies depending on the hotel.

Shame - Edit
Vegan breakfast, it is there, but not a lot to choose from. If you advertise with having vegan breakfast I expect more than what was offered. I have stayed in hotels that offered similar options, but did not specifically marketed it. Let me sum what was available: margarine, vegan cheese slices, coconut yoghurt, plant-based milk and some odd tasteless snack balls. The peanut butter is hard, not sure if the marmalade is vegan. If you like it you can take beans in tomato sauce. Of course there was fruit and some veggies. But as state I expected more.

Quite good breakfast selection - Edit
They have quite a lot for breakfast including vegan cheese, smoothies, vegan yoghurt and smoothies. I was actually surprised by the selection compared to other hotels. But of course 90% is not vegan.

Breakfast buffet - Edit
Breakfast buffet has clearly labelled vegan options and also ginger shots. If you're vegan and staying in Bergen this is a great option. Food is so expensive that the breakfast buffet can save you a lot of cash each day. Tea and coffee also included at any time.
