Vegan-founded fully vegan business. Uses a mix of the Sheese and Violife brands in the sauce. All toppings are vegan, including the “bacon” lardons used from the “THISisn’t” brand. Trades at festivals such as Glastonbury and Shambala in addition to veganfairs. As of March 2025, the UK’s only fully vegan mac & cheese street food vendor. Opening hours vary weekly, depending on which markets.

BEST MAC EVER - Edit
This was my first stop at the Bristol Vegan Fayre a couple weeks ago, and wow was this the warm cheesy welcome I needed. I got the sunny mac, which was topped with rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, nut-free pesto, and some seeds. The tomato and pesto combo was SO good, I was scraping the bowl. I recommended it to everyone all throughout the day. The folks working were so sweet too! I hope my path crosses with this food truck again!
