Cheap - Edit
Very local vegan restaurant. Really cheap com chay. Metal tables, plastic chairs and squeaky fans blowing hot air around. In other words perfect. No English spoken. Just point to the food you want on your plastic plate. Only 30.000 Dong for a plate of vegan deliciousness.
