There are multiple branches of that franchise in different cities of germany so far (02/06/19). It has a buffet character, which means that you pay per size of your plate or bowl (bowl is only 1 size nowadays). You can put as much on your plate as fits no weighting at the counter ;). There are a lot of different dishes to choose from. They change on a seasonal basis aswell. Its all about sustainability. Further you can get cakeslices for a cheap price and they are always worth a buy. The ambience is nice, but the people working there change a lot and the last time i got there they had to less staff which resulted in not enough food etc.

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Auf die Teller passt auch viel mehr drauf als man denkt. Die Kuchen sahen auch sehr gut aus, aber wir waren schon zu satt.
Pros: Alles vegan, Viele unterschiedliche Dinge ausprobieren
Cons: Warmes Essen könnte heißer sein, Getränke sind relativ teuer

Wonderful Vegan Buffet Concept - Edit
What a wonderful place! While it was a little intimidating coming here the first time and having to figure out the concept, it turned out to be quite easy. You select a size of plate (small, medium, large) and heap it with food. Then you proceed to the counter, select your drink and pay (Credit cards accepted).
Read moreAfter that, just enjoying your food. While everything I had was delicious, I could not but notice that most dishes are on the healthy side, not much deep-fried or oily stuff there, everything fresh and made from wholesome ingredients.
I went with the largest size of plate and was really stuffed afterwards. Having seen similar concepts before where you pay by weight, I must say I prefer the simplicity offered here. Also, their desserts look incredible and taste even better from what I have tried (crumble).
Pros: Everything is vegan!!!, Delicious yet on average healthy choices, Wonderful desserts

True, it is a bit tricky to find this place inside of the shopping mall, but keep going, you will not regret it! You will find a great food selection here - just choose the desired plate size and fill it with whatever you like: salad, well-prepared vegetables, various interesting dishes - Mix and match whatever you like, great if you want to "try it all". This way you can come back many times and it does not get boring. At the register you can add beverages to your meal. Despite this "cantine-like" system, the place feels nothing like a cantine! They did a good job on the spacious interior, you can take a seat and enjoy a filling meal in a restaurant-like-atmosphere for a fair price. There is also a small corner for kids and you can find cook books on the shelf. It is worth coming here any time - for lunch, coffee and cake or for dinner. Really liked that the place is open until 23:00 and still offers a proper dinner, which saves you from only having fries to go as an option at late hours.

I wish I could take this place home with me back to the United States of America. The food was delicious and there was a great selection! You can pile your plate as high as you want, so as long as you are okay with your food touching, you can get a great deal. There are no refills, but a large plate is more than enough for a human stomach.
