Fully vegan rooftop restaurant and bar. Open for dine-in on Saturday and Sunday only, with delivery available every day. Vegan versions of all the Peruvian standards like ceviche, causa, tamales, lomo saltado, and chaufa. Also has pasta, vegan "seafood", burgers, wings, drinks, cocktails, and desserts. Open Mon-Fri 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sat 12:30pm-11:30pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm. Open for delivery every day.

Great food. Slow service! - Edit
I loooooved the food here. The causa was my favourite in Lima. Very citrusy and fresh but it said trio and two of them were definitely the same. They couldn't do the mixed grill on the menu but said they could swap some of the Vegan meats for others. The meat was delicious - very bbq flavoured and smokey. They didn't have the drinks we wanted and then brought us drinks that definitely weren't what we ordered. And they took a very long time despite us being the only people in the restaurant with three staff behind the bar!

I found this place on HC when I was nearby. I’d never been before, so I decided to check it out.
Read moreThey have a great menu. We got the ceviche (very good), the tallerines de huancaina con lomo (great) and the mix parrillera (very good). We also got an alfajor (great) and some chocolate bar (very good) for dessert. A great meal.

I loved this place, the food is Peruvian Vegan Food and tastes amazing! I had a Causa and it was delicious. The owner and whole team were very nice and explained me how they care about the proteic value of their food 😍 it's a must go if you're vegan!

Faultless vegan food - Edit
As a vegan in South America I have felt like I have missed part of the experience by not being able to try the local meat-heavy cuisine. However Samsara has fixed that by creating the most delicious vegan versions of typical Peruvian dishes. The food was all home made and we could not fault a single thing about it! Even the fries were hand cut and served with delicious, creamy alioli instead of having to make do with ketchup 😊

Brilliant little gem - Edit
This place was a hidden gem, the sign was small and just at the entrance to the hostel/restaurant. It is on the rooftop of a hostel up 3 or 4 flights of stairs. The area is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is run by a lovely family!
Read moreI took my omni family here and they got the mini black burgers and loved them. My partner and I tried the vegan ceviche and a mixed vegan grill and all were so delicious. I would definitely come here again if we are in the area. Everything is vegan and they have an extensive menu with so much to choose from.

They are only there on the weekends but definitely check this place out. On the roof of a hostel, cool murals, cool staff, amazing vegan food. Like...next level. I don't even understand how they make food so good.
