Delicious food and chill atmosphere - Edit
The food presentation is on point and portion sizes are decent. I ordered the Korean BBQ and it was delicious. My friends ordered a tempeh and noodle dish and were devoured. We also got the cacao cheesecake and tahini cup. I could easily eat those every day and be happy😄

Had the tofu peanut bowl and it was sooo good! The regular portion is quite small, but still filling. There's also free filtered lemon water & the waiter was really nice

Tasty and unique dishes - Edit
I ordered a Korean BBQ tofu dish which was really tasty, and came with some spicy kimchi which gave the meal a bit of a kick. My partner ordered a dish which consisted of courgette spaghetti with tofu and a slice of toast. Whilst we both really enjoyed our meals, my partner said they were still quite hungry afterwards. Just something to bear in mind, but there's loads of dishes to choose from, and raw puddings available. We went on a Tuesday night and there was a guitarist playing during dinner. I would get there either before 6:30 or after 7:30 though, as it filled up quite quickly! Worth a visit.

Yum - Edit
Been here a few times and enjoyed the food. It tastes fresh, flavourful and wholesome. Particularly recommend the wok - the creamy curry sauce is so delicious. I wasn’t so keen on the Korean BBQ, I think they haven’t got the flavours quite right, but the rest of the food is great!

Quality option - Edit
After arriving late to Antigua, this was one of the few options open. Ordered delivery to make sure it came before it closed and it was very satisfying.

Interesting fusion food - Edit
Had some dishes here the last days. Was good, nothing special. Small portions - specially the tacos. Friends of us had stomach problems after a visit. I felt a bit of a rumor too once, but gave them another chance. But a lot of vegan stuff here. The carrot cake was AMAZING.

It’s cool. - Edit
Definitely worth the price. But It was just good, I don’t think I will remember or crave the food. The vibe is very hippy. Align your chakras (pretty sure that was the instruction/ guide on our table).

Amazing Options - Edit
I went here a few times because there was so much on the menu I wanted to try. I loved their traditional Guatemalan breakfast, the seitan tacos, and the veg noodle guacamole bowl!! Wow. Also, don’t miss out on the Eye of Horus drink. Muy rico!

Not our vibe - Edit
Unfortunately not our vibe, food was mediocre and restaurant was too busy and crammed. Honestly had forgotten we had eaten here until I was looking back on photos of places we had eaten at in Antigua. We just preferred other other options while we were visiting Antigua. Although, if you are one to love the raw food scene, this is likely more up your alley.

Prices were fair…Sweets were all tempting - Edit
The smoothies at least the blueberry one seemed watered down with lots of ice.
Read moreI was surprised my tofu and shiitake entrée had only like one mushroom and cut very small. I could truly enjoy its wonderful taste. On a plus, it was served piping hot in a cast iron serving dish, and was a modest size but nice ingredients.
So I enjoyed my visit here at and wish I was in town more days because I would probably return if it wasn’t closed tomorrow, on Thursday.
One of the best reasons to stop in there if you’re nearby are some of their sweets.

Healthy and good prices! - Edit
The vegan options are abundant and clearly labeled, the menu has a strong focus on providing nourishing, healthy food. There's a blend of local and international dishes (tamales, tacos, curried dishes, noodles). It was hard to choose what to order, I ended up going with a wok with veggie noodles and tempeh and a green smoothie. The regular size is huge, the large smoothie must be a bucket 😅 There were vegan desserts which looked delicious but I couldn't eat more.

Plentiful - Edit
I love how Samsara have overlayed the general style of Guatemalan restaurant offerings to their own robust international health food offerings. So there's a large variety of breakfast options, interpretations of tacos etc. All meals that I've eaten or seen served have been very well crafted and I'm always pleasantly satisfied as though someone guaged my hunger with precision. Rice is Balsmati and there's plently of super foods in the mix. The 'Eye of Horus' kombucha is recommended. Deserts are serious too.
