Accidentally served meat without sufficient apology - Edit
They mixed up orders and served us meat! My friend ordered the vegan currywurst and noticed it was real meat, not vegan. When we asked the waiter, it turned out the cook had mixed orders up as he was cooking five dishes at once. That's not very much, in the summer, they have even more seats, so they should be able to handle a few orders at once. But the main problem was the lack of care and understanding. The waiter apologized, but did not realize how big a deal it is for people who consciously decide not to eat animals when they eat animals accidentally. Actually, she sounded so casual that this probably happens more often. They should at least have offered not to charge the dish or give us free drinks.
