Super affordable

Decent selection of dishes but found a bit of a language barrier with the owner and was a bit suspicious with one of the chutneys that it may have contained ghee so I avoided that. The menu showed chicken which was confusing but the owner told me it was finished but I couldn't figure out if he meant that day or in the past. You get a great amount of food for a few dollars and the dosa is made up fresh. I enjoyed the food.

A tasty suprise

At the darkness of a meat-heavy market, a ligh of hope can be found at this stall. I was suprised by how good these treats taste. A bit oily but the triangles (samosa) are crispy and darker colored ones (bonda) are sweet.

Super Food and Staff

I was somewhat overawed by the experience of being in the hawker market, but the owner was more than happy to help and make suggestions and he certainly didn’t steer me wrong. All the food was top quality and an absolute bargain.

An Onion Rawa Dosai that rivals Komalas

We tried two onion rawa dosais from this fine little establishment within Tekka Market and my oh my was it AMAZING!!! It was crispy, full of spices, onions, curry leaves and lentils, and the uncle even gave us a free vadai each to top it all off. The samosas were superb, so crunchy and freshly cooked, and we couldn't get over how delicious the onion rawa dosai was - we usually get ours from Komala Vilas and this stall certainly gave them a run for their money. You just need to ask without ghee if you're vegan, and you're good to go. Give them a try! Though the uncle comes across a bit tough in the beginning, he's actually a bit of a Joker and made me laugh.

Pros: Cheap , Delicious and fresh dosais, Super samosas

Cons: I didn't like one of the chutneys
