Instagrammable fake food. - Edit
These days some places don't seem to care how the food tastes (let alone nutritional value) but the only point of interest is how the plate looks on Instagram. What you get is a plate full with colourful bullshit where a lot of sauce (mayonnaise for instance - orange, pink, purple) is squeezed over the food. Result: plate full of greasy, wet and fat unrecognizable chunk of hardly edible stuff. Unfortunate

Mediocre menu, a tad pricy for what you are getting - Edit
Not the worst place, i just had a bad experience. My friend had the loaded potatoes which were honestly bad, very mushy and just a lot of sauces. The bao bun was much better but not a lot of food for the price you are paying. I think this place would be a great place to bring non-vegans or people who want to try out a vegan meal, if you know your vegan fastfood go elsewhere.

I’ve been here several times now and it never disappoints. If it’s your first time, have the cold beetroot soup. It’s a must. The bowls and the mushroom bun are also a delight.

Nice place with many options to choose from. Variety of flavours in dishes. First time I tried Asian salad and sevond time English breakfast. They both were very good. My non vegan friends loved they dishes too. Sizes of portions were just perfect. Nice service. Once they warned of an hour waiting time but we (group of 6) served within roughly half an hour.

I went with 2 non vegan friends. Everyone left satisfied. We got the tofu burger (great taste and texture), cheese steak burger with bacon (surprisingly I liked this one even better than the tofu burger. It didn’t taste like fake meet, the edges had a very nice crisp to them, the flavors were more complex), beyond meat Mexican (first time consciously eating vegan 20 year old male, really liked his burger), pink hummus plate (satisfi iti f if your looking for veggies and good hummus), salted caramel torte (really yummy dessert, on the sweeter side, caramel was perfect thickness), lemonade rhubarb (ok, wouldn’t get again), beetroot latte (nice, not too sweet), margarita (friend likes it so much he ended up ordering a total of 4).

The best vegan restaurant in Vilnius without hesitation ! We went twice because that's how good it is, wish we could go back to test everything !
Read moreBurgers are delicious and very generous, baked potatoes are exquisite. Same for the ceasar salad and the loaded potatoes. Everything is very well executed and full of flavours !
The must is definitely the beetroot soup. Desserts are good too ; we tried brownie, panna cota and crème brûlée.

A vegan only place which offers the typical vegan cafe dishes (bowls, burgers, baos etc). It has one Lithuanian dish (the famous beetroot soup), as a tourist it would have been nice to see some more local dishes, veganised, as a option. Friendly staff. Fast service. Clean, modern decor. Some outdoor seating too.

I got a bowl and it was so fresh with great flavors. The interior is modern and cute. I took a bunch of non vegan family members who some had their first vegan meal at a restaurant and they enjoyed it as well.

I loved the atmosphere - very stylish and modern interior filled with great music. Professional and warm service made us feel welcome. Menu is extensive with a wonderful variety of diverse vegan food. We ordered bunch of different things and everything was delicious and colorful.

Went for dinner at Rosehip. The restaurant is in a good location and easy to get to. There is plenty of different seating which is nice, whether it be a communal table, a high top, low top, patio, etc.

The food was decent. I got the nachos to start and then the cheese steak burger for my meal. The nachos were nice. The cheese steak burger was ok. The bun was a bit dry and the cheese patty was ok. The bacon in the burger was nice though. I also got potatoes with the beetroot ketchup. Loved the beetroot ketchup! Great addition. To drink I had a IPA (or several) which was really nice!
I would definitely go here again but I would just change the main up. There were plenty of options to choose from so I don’t think I’d have an issue finding something.
Shout out to the waiter though - fantastic service.

Very attentive, professional and friendly service. The dishes I tried were great but not outstanding. The interior reminded me of vegan junk food places in the Netherlands. However, it is more price-worthy and the food are more fulfilling here.

We totally loved Rosehip Bistro and went there twice because we wanted to try more of their food. My husband had the Cheese Steak Burger and the Soy Mince Burger while I had the Mexican Bowl and the Marinated Tofu Bowl. We loved everything! The Marinated Tofu Bowl was one of the best bowls I have ever eaten. The ingredients were top notch and fit together so well. We also shared the crème brûlée for dessert and it was divine. In addition, we took away the avocado toast and the tempeh sandwich to have in the hotel and they were excellent, too.
