This place deserves a Michelin star! - Edit
So happy I went off the beaten path and came here!! The soup was surprisingly delicious. The tempeh sandwich was just as good. Service was quick. They have a beautiful patio to sit on, or inside is super cute and has outlets for charging.

Good, but not crazy good - Edit
Typical vegan fast food with a few twists (like tartare sauce on the burger or the beetroot ketchup) but overall nothing special. Good drinks, friendly service.

Enjoyed the food and the place - Edit
I had a buckwheat bowl which was quite amazing, a nice combination of different flavors. They also have a particularly nice terrace for outdoor seating, with sunshades. Service was a bit slow, but friendly.

Good food, bad service - Edit
We visited Rosehip with high expectations 6/2025 but left disappointed. The food was ok, the only really tasty dish was the "calamari rings" as a starter. I ate tofu bowl which had literally one full chopped onion (way too much, yuk) and my hubby ate a burger. He was left hungry so that dish wasn't even big enough. It took quite a while to get the food and after finishing our dishes we waited for waiters to come to ask if we want desert. Nothing happened in 15 minutes so we went to ask for the menus. Then we waited another 15 minutes but no staff came to the room so we left and paid in the cashier. There were four staff people standing and talking together but no one was interested in serving customers?! Maybe this is the "famous Baltic customer service" we laugh about in Finland but I would have expected better service in vegan restaurant.

Flavourful Finds and Friendly Vibes in Vilnius - Edit
RoseHip, a fully vegan bistro nestled in the heart of Vilnius, offers a casual yet considered dining experience. We visited on a gloriously sunny evening and were fortunate to enjoy our meal outdoors on their shaded terrace. Despite being adjacent to a busy street, the ambience remained pleasant and undisturbed.
Read moreService was both professional and warmly personable, with staff attentive without being overbearing. The bistro’s interior leans towards cool, modern design—tastefully minimal, yet inviting.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Beyond Meat Mexican burger. A riot of textures and tastes, it came loaded with zesty jalapeños, creamy avocado, crisp pickles, and tangy tomato sauce—all encased in a seeded bun. A generous side of sweet potato fries accompanied the burger, their slight sweetness playing off wonderfully against a refreshing local tap lager. The entire plate felt balanced, indulgent yet thoughtfully composed.
The rest of the family was very happy with their meal too.
I loved the eating experience at RoseHip!
Pros: Inventive and satisfying vegan menu, Friendly and efficient service, Comfortable terrace with sun protection
Cons: Street noise might bother sensitive diners

It wasn’t that good - Edit
Reading the reviews i expected something else. Despite the restaurant is nice, once i got the menu i found it very basic (bowls, burgers, nachos…).
Read moreFood wasn’t too good to be that expensive. The burger was about 14€ without sides (sweet potato was 4,5€). Total almost 20€ for a beyond burger.
The pink hummus bowl (11,50€) wasn’t too nice neither, but that was maybe my wrong choice... I found flavours and textures didn’t match too good.
Must give it another try!

Basic but good - Edit
Nice to haves vegan restaurant but if you order a Mexican burger, I would rather order one with a beyond meat burger patty, the home made one is rather bland and dry. The berry smoothie is nothing to write home about
