Serves meat, vegan options available. Hotel restaurant offering vegan dishes such as vegan ravioli, vegetable bulgur, and wild garlic and potato gnocchi can be made vegan upon request. Open Mon-Sun 07:00-00:00.
Staying at the hotel with breakfast included I had the option to get vegan bread toppings. It was advised to order on the day before but they managed to get me some. It consisted of vegan salami, mortadella and a cheese resembling Cheddar as well as a kind of salad. The breakfast buffet provides absolutely no written indication what is vegan. It features oat milk, fresh fruit, jams, cereal and nuts, various breads and some vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers) that felt safe for me to try. As a Vega you have to pass on the live cooking station because what they make there is all just eggs.
