Vegan Smørrebrød - Edit
I was really excited to be able to try smørrebrød when in Copenhagen and this did not disappoint. They have a Green Combo which is vegetarian but can be made vegan on request. There were three pieces - one beetroot, one mushroom and the other carrot - and all were absolutely delicious.

I wanted to get some vegan smørrebrod and there’s not much open near Christmas time in Copenhagen. I was very pleased to try one of the 2 vegan options at rørt. The staff recommended the Leftover as a good vegan option, and it was delicious! I love the pickled mushroom and onions. Really tasty.

My fave smørrebrød place in CPH - Edit
They have a good mix of vegan and non vegan items. The vegan options are all enticing and delectable! I only got 2, but they were both yummy! Their tap Kombucha was also delicious.

We were trying to find vegan smørrebrød, when we finally found rørt! It is amazing and a must try when in Copenhagen. Our favorite definitely was the „Leftover“ smørrebrød. Loved it so much we went there twice.

I was searching for the typical danish open faced sandwiches but vegan of course and it was so hard to find. Until I stumbled across Broens Gadekøkken with tons of food stalls.
Read moreRørt offers one vegan and one vegetarian option. The vegan option was a very delicious snack, with a cold sour beer from the stall next to Rørt, it was a lovely afternoon in Copenhagen.

Smørrebrød ❤️ - Edit
We were there for a quick snack (and to check the try out smørrebrød off our bucket lists) so I just had the green crush and a locally made lemonade. Both were tasty and will definitely come here again if I have the chance.
