Best vegan carbonara so far! - Edit
They had lots of vegan options! I got the vegan carbonara and panna cotta and have to say that it was the best vegan carbonara pasta I had so far in my entire life! It tasted like real carbonara (as far as I can remember it) and I absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend it!

LOVED! Would totally recommend! - Edit
I wish I could give them 5 stars but due to the policy with meat I understand but as a vegan it was truly a treat and a very authentic experience! I for sure made a reservation and totally recommend it as there is always a line in busy seasons and for good measure. Everything was delicious the vegan options were clearly labeled and they even had a vegan wine. The flavors were great and the service attentive! Would recommend and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Rome!

Excellent vegan options - Edit
Loved the tagliere vegano, loved the saltimbocca alla vegana and the carbonara was good I’d love to try the whole menu. Whenever I’m in Rome I bring non-vegans here because it truly has a vegan menu that is on par with the non vegan one. Lovely staff too!

Tanta roba - Edit

This restaurant offers a lot of vegan options, which are very tasty! I tried the carbonara and a pizza. I like them a lot! I missed just a bit of uniqueness. The staff is very kind. There was a girl who served us, and she was polite and helpful.

🌱 BUSCHETTA AL POMODORO
💰: €2.50
💭: the bread was a little well-done, so hard to bite into. I felt the topping was soaked in olive oil. Would have preferred to have some balsamic vinegar to cancel some of the olive oil out. Cherry tomatoes were delicious
🤷🏽♀️: Order again? Yes
🌱 GNOCCHETTI DI PIZZA VEGAN
💰: €6.00
💭: this was a simple dish made up of gnocchi, cheese and tomatoes. Had plenty of flavour
🤷🏽♀️: Order again? Yes

🌱 CANNELLONI VEGAN
💰: €12.00
💭: delicious. first time trying cannelloni and it did not disappoints. I don’t know if it’s bad to say it’s just like lasagna - pasta, “meat” and cheese.
🤷🏽♀️: Order again? Yes
🌱 SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA VEGAN
💰: €12.00
💭: creamy and the little pieces of seitan were a great substitute. Definitely recommend
🤷🏽♀️: Order again? Yes
📝: I would have loved to have tried “profiterole vegan e senza glutine” but they unfortunately didn’t have any. This restaurant is extremely busy and anyone who didn’t have a reservation was turned away - so 100% book online in advance. We have also realised that to get served, you must shout on the waiters once your ready or need something, otherwise you will be sitting waiting.

My absolute fave!! - Edit
I LOOVE this place! I’ve been countless times and couldn’t recommend it more. They have an impressive array of choice and the trattoria format give it that roman authenticity feel. Especially love their antipasti (bruschette and taglieri are sooo good) and fritti and their seitan based secondi are also really impressive. Sometimes they mess up the cooking times of the pasta which is the only con I can think of in regards to the food.

Vegan Roman Classics - Edit
I came for my birthday while studying abroad in Rome and was able to eat some of the classic Italian food that I had growing up that I haven’t had in years. The vegan arancini was absolutely incredible and somehow tasted exactly like how my grandmother used to make them. Same amazing price point as all of the other Roman restaurants and the vegan dessert is a must!

Good but not amazing - Edit
Plenty of vegan options, including vegan tiramisu. I had some antipasti (Suppli and Gnocchetti di pizza), the second one definitely better than first one. For main I picked vegan caprociossa - good but not enough flavour for me. And for dessert I had a tiramisu which was very very good. Overall I went there twice because it was very close to my hotel. My non vegan friend has some pistachio pasta and it was delicious.

vegan pizza but weird place - Edit
I tried the “bomba vegana” pizza and I was a bit disappointed with it. There was a weird and spicy sausage spread on the pizza, that made it absolutely impossible for me to enjoy the food. The vegan cheese was good tho! But the prices are too high and you can definitely find better options in Rome. The restaurant is not really clean, the floor was kinda dirty and it’s suuper crowded. I would not repeat the experience.

Another Five Star Review! - Edit
Came here on our first day in Rome. Wasn't quite sure if they were open before we began walking over. HC lists them as being open all day until 11pm. The Googler says they close as most Italian places around 3:30pm then reopen for dinner at 7pm. No hours posted on the restaurant itself. We went there and left around 4:00pm. They seemed to still be sitting folks.
Read moreOnto the reason for being. The FOOD!! All Vegan options looked and sounded amazing. We settled on the Carbonara, Lasagna, Insalata Vegana, and of course Focaccia. Don't sleep on that Focaccia! All was fantastic and worth getting. The most difficult part was deciding what to order. We've been to Vegan restaurants all around the US and parts of Europe. This is right up there with any of them. They could go 100% Vegan, raise their prices by a few Euro and really perfect all these dishes which are already 98% perfect. Wish we had something close to this in the US!
Yes, it's five stars even though HC has that asinine rule about not giving non-Vegan places 5 stars. I would rather give 5 stars here than some of these nasty raw places that happen to be 100% Vegan.

The best vegan food we had in rome! - Edit
A lot of vegan options. We had the ravioli and the lasagne and for starters the suppli (fried rice ball with tomatoes and vegan cheese). All was extremely delicious. We liked the ravioli the best. We recommend to order a table in advance, the place fills up very quickly. If you’re vegan- don’t leave Rome without going here!!!! Great for eating with non vegans, a lot of options for both.

Huge Menu with Vegan Options - Edit
This place is located within a short walking distance from the terminal. There are many great vegan options on the menu and they are clearly marked! The wines are marked vegan as well.
Read moreMy husband and I went there twice. Our first experience was amazing! We had their pizza’s, carbonara, an omelet, a bottle
of wine, and a tiramisu dessert. The food and wine was beyond exceptional! We enjoyed it so much.
Our second visit wasn’t as amazing as our first visit. We arrived around 4pm and they were only able to serve lasagna or pizza. We were bummed out as we were looking forward to having pasta and trying out other items on the menu before leaving Rome. We had their vegan pizzas, lasagna, and a few drinks. The pizza was amazing! However, we were really disappointed with their lasagna as it wasn’t flavorful. I also found a stand of hair baked into the corner of my lasagna which threw me off and I couldn’t get myself to eat it anymore. Another thing that threw me off was that a couple of the staff members were cleaning, taking out the garbage/recycling, and then proceeding to come back inside and directly serving food to their guest.
While the food is great, their sanitation concerns me.

Great for having dinner with non-vegans! - Edit
This is a terrific restaurant! It was perfect for when my non-vegan sister got a bit tired of going to all-vegan places. They have a great vegan menu, and the pizza I ordered was delicious. Also, the vegan tiramisu is to die for! We would have come back again, but it's not so easy to get a table. Making a reservation is very highly recommended.
