Good food, service not so good - Edit
Highlights were the eggplant and Korean chicken. The waiter only told us the ribs were unavailable 30 mins after taking the order and were generally inattentive

Amazing - Edit
Absolute perfection. I’d been to Sentir and Anixi and loved the level of food there so naturally I found myself at Reverie on a trip to the city.
Read moreFrom the small dishes to the dessert, everything was BEAUTIFUL and so so delicious. My omnivore partner loves this place as much, if not more, than I do even which speaks to the fact that if you are vegan, you do not have to settle for bland or boring foods.
I will absolutely be coming back.

Delicious meal, beautiful restaurant - Edit
Very upscale new restaurant in same group as Anixi. The food was amazing. Loved the lamb dishes, broccolini, chocolate candy dessert, ambience, etc. Even the Nero d’Avola wine was great. The food was even played on handmade super cool plates - very artistic presentation

Hit and miss - Edit
We tried the Fire Roasted Eggplant, Caviar Bellini, Parsnip Truffle Vol-au-vent, Miso Glazed Short Ribs, and Lamb Tagine. The fire roasted eggplant was hands-down the best dish. Amazing depth of flavor, a hint of spice, and the hazelnut added just the right texture. The sauce was so good we wanted to lick the plate. The Bellini was also pretty good and I would recommend it as a first bite. The other dishes were not really my thing. The Parsnip truffle pastry was not very truffly, and was very sweet. I was hoping it would be more savory. The Tagine was also very sweet and I didn’t like it at all. The Miso glaze short rib was ok, but lacked variety. That said, all the entrees we didn’t choose had something sweet in the description so I probably wouldn’t have liked them either. I would probably stick with the smaller plates if I ever come back. The eggplant was so good I would come back just for that.

Outstanding — Best Guy Vaknin Restaurant - Edit
Amazing multicultural fusion of flavors — one of the best, if not the best, vegan restaurants in NYC.
Read moreRevere is the newest Guy Vaknin restaurant and the best in our opinion. Compared to the others (Anixi, Le Basque, etc) which focus on a specific cuisine, Revere is multicultural and combines the best flavors from the other restaurants.
Highly recommend the caramelized onion filo and crispy lamb pockets — both were unique and delicious! Also tried the Korean BBQ chicken, which was good, but not at the level of the first two in terms of unique flavors.

Cocktails and desserts stand out! - Edit
I was excited to visit on opening night and it did not disappoint! True to its erstwhile origin as a cocktail and dessert bar, I was blown away by the Crimson and the Candy Bar Mousse Cake. The Shiitake Maitake Flatbread is also not to be missed.
