Delicious tofu dill spread and granola! - Edit
This is a lovely zero waste shop with some vegan spreads and vegan granola. The owner is so nice and was so kind to me. The vegan options are clearly labelled on the menu. The tofu dill spread, perilla pesto spread and cranberry pecan granola are delicious! I accidentally bought the non vegan greek yogurt (because I wasn't paying attention and was too busy talking) but I gave it to a friend and she said it was delicious so an option for vegetarians. If you want to buy the granola you should bring your own jar! It is a little expensive but the owner is passionate about only using organic products. I will definitely buy it again and the tofu dill spread 🤤 You can also taste the products first before you buy them. Bonus!

Vegan v. Zero Waste - Edit
The perilla leaf pesto is delicious!! I’ve been obsessed with perilla leaves since I arrived in Korea and never thought to make a pesto out of them. I’ve been putting it on those tofu sheets and having yummy little wraps with it. So good! I also bought a toothbrush.
Read moreThe owner was super friendly and gave me samples of the tofu dill spread and the cinnamon granola. Both tasted great and I love that she uses coconut sugar for the granola.
I asked if she had any vegan yogurt bc I thought I read that she makes a soy based yogurt too, and she said she didn’t because of the plastic that the soy milk comes in. An interesting conversation ensued….what’s more important, the ecological impact of the plastic, or the harm caused by the cow’s milk she’s using to make her dairy based yogurt? I may have to write a blog post about this because I definitely have some feelings on the subject. Anyways, we had a nice chat and her store is super cute.

Spreads were great - Edit
Have to admit both the tofu dill and vegan basil pesto were great spreads. I actually finished both in one sitting with just some Wasa bread. They make non-vegan versions of pestos so always ask. Owner really nice and will answer questions.
