Some nice options, overall hit & miss - Edit
There are some menu items I really enjoy (I personally love the lentil soup), but generally find it quite hit and miss (tried the wraps twice but did not enjoy the veggie kofte nor the very liquid sauce that runs out of the wraps).

Le Restaurant Vege est juste a cote de mon travail donc mes collegues et moi y allons regulierement.

J'ai deja teste la feuille de vigne et le burger vegetarien et mon collegue s'est regale avec le Cig Kofte !
Attention, il y a des epices dans beaucoup de plats (y compris le burger) et mon palais n'etant pas du tout habitue aux epices, ca chauffe un peu.
Avec du Helva en dessert et voila un repas parfait !
The Restaurant Vege is just near my work office so my co-worker and I go there quite often.
The staff is nice and you can ask to take away your food (convenient when all the tables are already taken).
I already tasted the wine leaf roll, the vegetarian burger and my coworker enjoyed is Cig Kofte!
Be carefull, there is spices in a lot of dishes (in the vegetarian burger too) and as I am not used to eat spicy, it's a bit too much for me.
Try Helva for desert, it's amazing.

A very cozy eatery with very friendly staff. We don’t speak French (pardon) our waiter made a very good attempt at describing the menu to us. We ordered the hummus, lintel soups and aubergine farcie, all very fresh & delicious. Highly recommend!

La salle de restaurant est petite mais aux beaux jours les quelques tables dehors sur le trottoir permettent un repas au soleil agréable. Service rapide.
Currently the only vegetarian restaurant in the 15th arrondissement. Good food, typical turkish dishes. Not all vegan, specify "vegan" when you order.
The restaurant room is small but few nice tables outside on the side walk. Fast service.
