I try vegan ramen everywhere I go (47 states out of 50 so far, not to mention internationally) and this place is truly the best! Each option is better than the last, and that half avocado glazed into miso covered in torched vegan cheese is phenomenal!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but the ramen was exceptional. I got “the masterpiece” on the menu and I want to try the others. Also the miso and Mac was the best vegan Mac and cheese I’ve had in a while.

Came to Boston with Red White ramen already on my list. I ordered the Masterpiece minus corn and cheese and the miso Mac. The broth was super flavorful and everything about it was delicious. The miso Mac was great as well. The bowl seemed pretty small in my opinion for the price point, although it seemed to be a decent amount of food.

So delicious! We ate here last year when we were in Boston and it was the first place I wanted to go when we came back. I can't wait for them to open up more of these delicious ramen shops around.

Big & tasty vegan ramen bowls at reasonable price - Edit
The spicy ramen came with the chilli external to the bowl so you could add it in accordingly. All the bowls come with toppings such as tofu, 2-3 veg, corn, sea-same seeds, noodles. I had the spicy curry ramen which has a thicker broth that is more like sauce. It was a treat. The miso mac was fun. It was topped with crispy caramelised onions. It didn’t taste like miso but it was creamy and we ate it all!

Cons: On average $12 for bowls but size is well valued., Mac could be warmer when served. Just ask! , Disposable silverware.

Great ramen! It felt like I was eating something authentic even though it was a vegan version. We ordered mild (Masterpiece) and medium (Tokyo Masala), but, even as people who enjoy spicy food, we would choose the non-spicy flavors if we could return.

My non- vegan teenager even admitted this was good. Great spot for a quick lunch. Outdoor and indoor seating (small). Lots of variety, including a truffle noodle bowl, and various spice levels, including the "Dragon Breath" which i had (careful of the habanero sauce on the side it's legit fiery). Very fresh and delicious. Homemade iced matcha green tea was great. Would go back.

Is somehow at this Japanese ramen place. Very reasonably priced, delicious, fast, good music, excellent vegan ramen. I got the cold ramen too which was fantastic, the miso avocado on top was super interesting and unique. Loved it.
