I went for the tofu scramble as it’s not something you find often but they didn’t have it so ended up just having a normal breakfast that most places have.

Delicious Vegan Breakfast - Edit
The big Veg breakfast can be made vegan by swapping butter with oil and eggs with extra vegs. The tofu toast is also great. They serve a great oat late.
